CAERUS™ is designed to support the operator from aircraft exit through landing and transition to the ground mission.
The system combines a parachute harness, parachute container, modular tactical vest, body-armor capability, and mission equipment attachment points into an integrated configuration. Once the parachute equipment is no longer required, the operator can rapidly separate unnecessary components while retaining the equipment needed for the mission.
This modular approach reduces the need to layer multiple independent systems on the operator and provides greater flexibility when configuring equipment for specific operational requirements.

From Airborne Insertion to Ground Operations
Traditional airborne equipment can become a liability immediately after landing. Parachute containers, harness components, and associated equipment can restrict movement, interfere with mission gear, or create additional hazards during water operations.
CAERUS™ addresses that transition directly.
After a safe landing, the operator can remove parachute-related equipment that is no longer needed while maintaining the protective and load-bearing portions of the system. The result is a faster transition from airborne insertion configuration to mission configuration.

CAERUS™ was developed around the requirement to protect during airborne insertion without unnecessarily compromising mobility once the operator reaches the ground.
The modular vest provides attachment capability for mission equipment and incorporates provisions for body armor, while the parachute and harness components are integrated around the operator rather than simply added on top of existing tactical equipment.
