Type 13 was engineered specifically for personnel harnesses.

No. We tested and rejected the 1-pin design years ago. One-pin systems typically produce higher ripcord pull forces, are more susceptible to tampering, lose pilot-chute performance, and require heavier spring reinforcement that can delay inflation. Safety remains our priority; the 2-pin system is superior.

Yes. Cd measures aerodynamic efficiency. A higher Cd means greater drag for the same surface area and therefore faster reserve deployment. Our pilot chute exceeds Cd 0.8; many others fall in the mid-0.3 range.

We offer more than 200 container sizes. Volumes are published in cubic inches alongside canopy volumes (measured under compression). We typically add 25–75 cubic inches depending on desired pack firmness. Let us know the canopies you plan to use, and we will size the container correctly.
